To make a reservation we require a valid credit card with expiry date (and commencement date with AMEX).

Our site uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.

However, if you still feel uncomfortable providing credit card details over the Internet, then please fax or telephone us with your request. (Written confirmation is required for all phone reservations). Your card will not be charged until departure.

We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
